Went for a walk with Phoebe to clear my head and pray!

We are still in deadlock with our purchaser's conveyancing person who is adamant about a piece of paper that doesn't exist.  So last night just before midnight I decided to send them an email direct, copying to the other parties.  You could say it was a bad idea, but in the end I decided I had nothing to lose.

Today we are going down to Cornwall, in faith, to measure the windows of our new home.
