Salmon in Coco Milk

I had to cook this recipe from Panlasang Pinoy. Original recipe was supposed to be "Ginataang Tilapia" but then Tesco does not have tilapia and so I settled with Salmon. It was not bad but I think tilapia would have been the perfect choice.

This dish is very simple. Saute garlic, onion, ginger. Mix in pepper and fish sauce. Put one can of coco milk and let it simmer for a few minutes. Put in the chillies and simmer further for a few minutes. Put in the chosen fish and cook for at least 10 minutes or until fish is cooked throughout. Put in spinach or kangkong and simmer for 2-4 minutes. Viola! You have a nice fish dish for dinner!
