The day started with a trip to the vets for Poppy's check-up followed by a trip back to EE to try and work exactly what contract they had added to what phone number and yep, they had totally cocked it all up. I don't know why I was surprised; Vodafone also buggered it all up when Mr S bought his new phone and tried to get his old number transferred over. 24 hours they have said. They said that last week too. I shall not be holding my breath.
