Raodbed and track - finally

Today I finished a portion of the mainline at one end of the layout. I do not have a complete loop made or rather a way to run a train full circle, but I wanted to lay the track between the turnouts I have laid and wire them up to the power bus. This way I can make sure my reverse loops are functioning correctly as well as really test out the bridges. And I can run a train out of and I the staging yard that exits off to the left at the top of the blip.

And a chance to run a short train at least part way.

The blip shows the two reversing loops and the area in the middle will be part of the town of Rifle Colorado. An actual place, but it does not look like this. The paper with the blue marker on it will be the lumber mill, the town's major industry. It will receive log cars and dump the logs into a pond. The train will pick up finished lumber later as well as saw dust..

Once things are wired and a train runs correctly, I will carry on with more turnout installations. I have quite a few left to do.
