A sad day

This is the main kitchen of Glasgow Caledonian University. It has been the scene of many blips for me and a whole lot of happiness. 

Banter, great food, demos, friendships made and arguments settled have all gone on here.

Sadly, today is the first day in over 40 years that it hasn't been a hive of activity and the smell of cooking has finally gone. It's closed for good.

The good news is here's the replacement, opening soon. And even better news is that we will be the caterer till the end of December 2017!
