I think I've picked up a virus went to bed last night with a storming headache and woken up with it still there and absolutely no energy

Rested all through the day as had no energy for nowt - at five I pulled myself together, made myself look presentable and got on my bike to get into work as I was meeting friends to go see Stornoway a rock - folk band containing Mr. Ollie Stedman who we taught Chemisty at Warwick

They were great and during the penultimate song Ollie left the stage and ran all the way up the stairs to where we were sitting to shake our hands - wow what a generous gesture

Due to my still existant headache I left just after the gig and missed the opportunity to get a signed CD - Andy did hope he lets me listen to it
