Breakfast was a dream. Strawberry crepes, fruit and granola before a few of us headed down the long secret garden driveway to go horse riding around Cotopaxi. I managed to get the crazy horse who didn't seem to want to walk in a straight line, and refused to let anyone else in front of him. The views were incred over the 4 hours we were riding, going right up to the national park line for Cotopaxi volcano and back to the hostel.

After lunch and a nap it was time for more games, another snack time and a beer in the jacuzzi.
