Greetings!

The sand guy is still at work with his calendar-appropriate offerings. It was a nice low tide and we were able to walk further than usual, and then up the steep wooden stairs to the top of the cliffs. It was a lovely day to be outside and I am feeling great--no petty aches or pains or sluggishness. Yay!
