We decided to enjoy some mountain air today, on a whim we got in the car and drove to Trillium Lake for a little walk, Mount Hood towering above.  This amazing scenery is only just over an hour's drive from Portland.  It was a little windy and definitely cooler than in the city which was very refreshing.  Late lunch in the Blue Ox Bar at Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood.
