Etape Caledonia 2015

The Finish Line in the main street, Pitlochry.  A very tough 81 mile race for 5,000 cyclists, in torrential rain. The roads were closed along Loch Tummel, Loch Rannoch and around Pitlochry from 5 am this morning.  One of our group got up early to witness the start around 7 am.  We decided to enjoy the celebrations with those at the Finish.  

We met some old friends among the crowds, and enjoyed cake and coffee.  Good to be part of it all.
