BOXES

Been thinking about boxes today, and the human tendency to put others in them. Maybe it's caused by the pattern seeking behaviour that has been so evolutionarily successful, or perhaps we seek security by categorising what we fear.  Whatever causes it, there has been rather a lot of it about in the last few days.  I have been called a saltire  waving fanatic (honestly, I have never owned or waved a Scottish flag) and I have been shocked at how one of our leading newspapers described Glaswegians as either Stalinists or jailbirds.  I've also heard and read some shocking things directed at those who voted differently.  Enough already.
