Colour Run

Today I've been over the Border with the Samba Sisters to play at the Eden Valley Hospice Colour Run. It was held at Carlisle Racecourse and 1600 participants ran or walked for 5km whilst having coloured powders thrown over them. It was a jolly affair and we enjoyed playing for them.
