Farewell to the North

We met this mohair goat on our walk near Patterdale - he was lovely, gentle and curly!

Today we packed our bags and left the Lake District - so sad to be leaving the beautiful countryside behind. On the plus side, our garden is looking great - the wisteria and lavender are out, the ceanothus and bluebells are flowering, it's a riot of colour.
