Can't get enough

of these bluebells, they are so pretty and are around for such a short time - as soon as it heats up they wither and die off.

Happy Mother's Day to all the non-UK mothers - not sure why our Mother's Day here is different to the rest of the world, but it is.

It's a lovely sunny day, and we went out for a delicious Sunday lunch at the pub - now Gavin and Luke are playing a quick 9 holes of golf. With the longer days they can tee off at 5pm and still play till after 7pm. I do love the long summer days in the northern hemisphere, which we did not get when we lived in the southern hemisphere.

I had a laugh at Newzoids on ITV1 - not as good as Spitting Images but some sketches were very funny, particularly the recent election based ones.
