Back was very sore from last night. I need to watch not overdo it this week!

I took L to gymnastics this morning before visiting my brother J as it was nephew RJ's 13th Birthday this week.

After lunch, we went for a nice family walk down at the Bellsquarry woods.

We received a visit from Granny, Grandad and niece N as they were looking after her today.
