Working Day and Night

Part of my job entails keeping a record of everything I have done to keep my knowledge up to date and recording it. Every 5 years I have to submit these records to The General Pharmaceutical Council for them to review.
Review date is about two weeks away so spent night trying to get my entries up to date. Getting there but probably need another couple of nights work to get finished
