I'm addicted to Macro : that the camera shows me detail that my eye can't see. This is a good example of a shrub I might have been dismissive of until I started looking  closer.
The extra : new growth happening in a shrub that I have named but its fallen out of my brain.

I'm off to swim then later a double bill of my favourite director Robert Altman : I need to swim before that otherwise I'll seize up!!
