white flowers

I have no idea what sort of tree or bush this is. It reminds me of dogwood, but the flowers are very different. It's common in this neighborhood, so it must be something obvious, but I  can't find it in a Google image search.
I am getting tired of spring flowers. I need to get out of town and find something to take a picture of.
