And the sun came out!

It was raining when Phil and I arrived at Cwmcarn this morning. Half an hour in and the sun began to shine.

What a great ride, Cafall first which has to be the most picturesque trail I ride at the moment. Also one of the longest climbs but worth it for the descent (pedalhounds)

The Twrch trail climb was closed due to forestry work so it was a slog up the Tarmac to the very top (sorry Phil) and a rapid drop back down to the car park. Brilliant!

Home to loads of washing. Bike, car, clothes and me. Julie oiled the deck which looks amazing and Amelia and I sat down to watch the F1 qualifying under a duvet.
