Retreat day at High Auchinsail

Time out - a really beautiful sunny day with lovely people in the farmhouse at the top of the hill here in Cardross.
The hosts are nearly 90 years old and had made their home very welcoming .
Walks in the woods , some writing time, meditation and two interesting talks .
