Mysteries

I only took one photo today and this was it; to send to 'my' students to check if anyone could enlighten us on the identity of these samples.  Negative, so they have to be treated with care.

Woke at 5 am this morning (in sleeping bag on sofa) to find that my tv had gone to sleep...the last thing I remember with any clarity was people in Sunderland racing around with ballot boxes. Today I felt pretty awful, elections should happen on fridays.
