Back on it
Back at work today so back to healthy eating. I find it easy when I'm at work to eat healthy- there's either what I take to work or McDonald's. And I know I'm not going to be a size 10 by eating McDonald's.
I had overnight oats for breakfast-oats, raisins and yogurt left in the fridge overnight- ready to eat whenever you are. I then decided to work through my lunch in favour of getting home half an hour early!
