Penicuik 10k

Today was the 10k race that my club puts on each year. To his credit, and to the shame of all the adults taking part, the winner was a junior (in yellow). The weather stayed fine for the race, but we were caught by a torrential downpour just before we got the finish tent down!

Penicuik was quite a sporting hub for the day: we shared our finish field with an archery competition and, across the road, the Athletic had a home game and the astroturf was home to another match.
