Chilled out

I was in Glasgow today and the weather was lovely.  I spotted this guy sitting outside having a quiet smoke, he looked very relaxed and I really liked his blue jacket.  The city seemed relaxed, there was no sense of aftermath regarding the general election, in fact if you didn't know any better you wouldn't have thought anything in particular had happened.
