Splash!

Bramble just loves the water. This is one of her favourite swimming spots, in Witton Country Park.
Where the path goes over the River Darwen there is a big pool with easy access. Bramble jumps in and then swims upstream (actually staying in the same spot!)
After a while I get bored and call her but she just swims on and on. I actually have to walk out of sight and then wait a minute or two until she appears with that slightly quizzical “Where did you go?” look on her face.
Today I walked 9 km with her, she probably walked and ran about 15 km and swam another km.
