Rural idyll?

Well, no. This is Crane Park, awash with Cow Parsley, one of my favourite late spring flowers. Crane Park is really just a fairly narrow strip of land, with roads and houses all around, but it is quite wild and green - it doesn't feel very urban. This photo was taken from the pavement next to the A316 (which becomes the M3). I was on my way to Crane Park parkrun, where I saw brian and Irish Brian, Joe and Jo, and struggled around 1 minute slower than last week.
