The road bike is ready for tomorrow's Duathlon. Front and back reflectors, bell, bottle cage and pump holder all removed. Bike computer re-installed and some sexy new brake pads added. She's ready. Am I? Well I'd like to say that I'd shaved my legs and taken some laxatives, but you'll just have to wait and see about that.
