Poppy Head

I have a cluster of ornamental poppies in my garden which, while the sun was shining, made a beautiful display. However, they could not survive the onslaught of the rain. The poppy heads are either drooping, weighed down by rain, or the petals have fallen away revealing the poppy heads.
