selotape

My first attempt at butchery. The morning spent with Bernard the butcher in Claire's barn and a list of sausage recipes which didn't impress him too much. Ross went to Rennes to collect Sarah,  lovely to have her here for a long weekend. Had to selotape the fridge shut to keep the quantity of sausages in. Good result.
