VE Day

Early morning walk with Ted and I saw a band of 4 Hares chasing and boxing, took some photos but they were too far away really.  The weather was lovely at 5.30am but has deteriorated throughout the date and it's blimmin' cold!!

Parish work for most of the day, with a quick visit to Tesco.  My new Boss, Ben, and his wife have just had twin boys, born yesterday at midday.......can't find a card for twin boys so will have to make one!  

We met at the Church to ring for VE day followed by a pint in the pub.  I went up into the belfry to take some photos for a friend who is writing an article for a local magazine about bells and he wanted a picture of our 2nd and 3rd bell of the ring of 6, which date from 1587, the one pictured here is the 3rd.
