A street vendor in Chinatown. Given the industrial protection apparently needed to cook it, I decided to forego the satay and had a bowl of laksa in an indoor foodcourt instead. 

First day on this trip I've had the luxury of taking enough shots that I found it tricky to decide which to blip. A couple of other candidates uploaded as extras.
