Olympic Rings, Glasgow

The largest set of stainless steel rings in the UK. Unveiled in George Square last Thursday 31 May. 16 feet high, 33 feet long , weighing in at 3 tonnes.

Eight Olympic football matches will be played at Hampden Park during the summer. From what I hear there are still lots of tickets available.

Good to see tourists having fun posing on the structure, thankfully no uniformed official keeping everyone at a distance.

Torch is due in Glasgow on Friday 8 June, I will have my zoom at the ready.
