I'd planned to be downtown this afternoon but remembered that President Obama is in town and that a bunch of streets and places would be closed so decided to skip it.  He's doing a Democratic National Committee fundraiser thing at the Sentinel Hotel this evening.  Tomorrow will be a better bet while he's in Beaverton doing another thing at Nike HQ.

This shot is from the Lloyd District, the big development I've been documenting is getting closer to completion and they've reopened the NE 7th Ave MAX stop again.  I was going to blip the latest but in the end preferred this woman picking up a local newspaper.
