Duncarron Medieval Village

It was still quite cold and windy along the Carron Dam shore path today. I took a stroll also to have a look at the reconstructed fort but only got as far as these rather forbidding locked wooden gates. The fort is an interesting project undertaken by the Clanranald Trust. We visited a few years ago when the fort was open and must try to do so again
