In other news:  Voting Day!  I took Jessica voting with me at the Polling Station this morning, to show her the democratic process in action.  As soon as we got there she burst into tears.  She thought I'd said we were going boating.

The staff very kindly gave her some sweets to console her.  She still anted to go boating however.
