Scribbly Gum

May Macro Mayhem #6

Eucalyptus haemastoma
There was never any doubt that I would want to post an image of one of my favourite trees during the maymacromayhem challenge.  I always marvel at the artwork created by the little scribbly gum moth.

Well, frankly I'm astonished.  I did a few calculations this afternoon and at last count 58 60 blippers have already contributed to the challenge with a total of 98 109 images.  They are just magnificent and to see our world under the macro environment is nothing short of inspirational.  Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed and also encouraged other blippers to take part.  Let's see just where we end up at the end of May.  I predict we will have an incredible snapshot of our blip world.

Hopefully by the time I post tomorrow the results will be in for our first week.  Big Brother Al and I will have some fun coming up with some  awards for the week.  I'm going to take the advice of a couple of very wise blippers who have encouraged us to keep it lighthearted :-)
