I am Fortunate.

One of my colleagues told us today that she needs surgery to remove a cancer. She found out yesterday.

I see two of her children on Wednesdays for math, so I was hoping that they would be OK in the space that I made for them.

I am thankful it went smoothly.

Their mom is so concerned about them. I can only imagine.

The light this evening was fantastic. Sunshine and rain, sometimes hail, at the same time.

The girl who won't stay still for a photo just plopped down and let the light reflect off of her.

I am fortunate.
