Milton Keynes Evans Cycles - bad experience

Drove over all the way to MK to get my bike fixed - the brakes had gone and the store had told me that the replacements had now come in - I mooched around the concrete jungle that is MK with mum whilst waiting for them to be repaired. However after 1 hour and 45 mins I had had no phone call to say the bike was ready so headed back to check on its status

The bike could not be fixed due to the brakes not actually being in the store

clearly no one from Evans Cycles could be bothered to tell me this
Really annoying fact 3
I was told completely the wrong information even after saying are you sure as I have to travel an hour to get there

To say I was annoyed was a complete understatement

Fed up of Coventy!!!
