Unfinished Building

We have been watching this since we've moved here in 2008, see it every time I walk to the back fence of the estate. I am not too sure what the story is, but I heard rumours that it was planned to be a Hotel or something similar of which the construction was never completed due to financial constraints. What a pity to have all that just standing there and falling apart over years!? The two yello houses in the far right next tu the 'ruins' are not part of it, they are occupied houses...... methinks! LOL
