Too breezy in Brighton...

Today was supposed to see me enjoying a lovely day out in Brighton. A wander through the Lanes, a spot of lunch, perhaps a bit of a paddle, convivial company... Then I read the weather forecast which had severe weather warnings on the south coast, hey-ho!

Sticking with the 'B' theme we decided that Bluewater may be a dryer alternative. Starting with a lazy lunch and large glass of something chilled at Carluccio's, the shopping didn't start until after three o'clock!

I caught the heron looking for his dinner when we left at almost 8pm, laden down with bags. A most successful day :)
