Wide Angle Wednesday - Time
This 11 metre tall Clock Tower with its four faces, has long been a landmark in the southern end of Motueka Town. Built in the 1950s by the Tobacco Company on whose land it stood, it was gifted to the town. Over the years it deteriorated until a 'Clock Tower Trust' was formed, buying the land and restoring the clock and tower.
I photographed it from several angles, but settled on this one because it looked like it had an arrow pointing to the sky. The orange vertical is topped by the black inverted V of the roof angle. It is one of those things that once seen, is what you always notice first :-))
