Rescue mission

This morning I had quite an experience! I had discovered this guy on my way out.

Our greenhouse currently has a few cracked and broken windows from last winters rough winter. This poor little guy few in and couldn't find his way out. We have no idea how long he was trapped in there but he seemed pretty dehydrated. After we (carefully) picked him up he didn't have the energy to fly off. I got to hold him while someone else slowly used the dropper to give him some water. After a minute or two he felt strong enough to fly into a nearby tree. He sat for a bit, he was still there when I left but I could her him happily chirping.
