Red-tailed Hawk sitting directly above my back dec

This Red-tailed Hawk had flown back and forth through our backyard many times on Saturday.  My son was visiting and saw it swoop by and commented how big it was when flying low.  At one time the Hawk was chased by a small black bird.  He came back and settled onto a branch in an Oak tree directly above the back deck - it couldn't see me for the soffit shielding me from view but I had a very clear and close view of it.
