Blooming Bridge of Allan

After a day of torrential rain the sky  cleared this evening revealing cherry blossom everywhere.  The  trees in the memorial park look good after the drastic pruning and re-planting of new ones undertaken last year.

Meanwhile the countdown has begun for the election and I have been amazed at the number of friends who have told me, at this late stage, that they are still undecided. And they appear to be typical if the questions I got asked in an online survey this afternoon by Scottish Television are anything to go by. They did not ask who I was voting for but if I had made up my mind.
