Pizza

Work, then riding tonight so easy dinner. Riding lesson was a big pants. I have no core muscles left and feel like I've completely forgotten how to ride. Feeling frustrated. Don't know if pizza (and then Ice cream) is really the answer.
Poor e fell down the stairs whilst I was out. Adam's feeling rubbish about it, but e seems fine; she told me about it straight away when I went in to check in her!. She's been a monkey climbing up whilst our backs have been turned for a while now and/or messing about and jumping on them when we're walking down with her, so I guess it was kind of inevitable, although still unpleasant for Adam and Ella. Seems to be a rite of passage for most kids I know! Poor baby!
