An odd day

A bit of an odd day today - weather wise.  A zoom up to Penrith for a fitting for a dress for the forthcoming blessing of C&N.  Motorway clear but very wet.  

Needed to pop into Kendal on the way back to collect a new filter for the camera and video camera for said nuptials.  Came off M6 at Shap and drove through pea soup and hail and amazing wind to Kendal.

A quick trip to Milnthorpe in glorious sun later to meet a photographer friend who is setting up in business and wanted to have a chat.

Home via Levens Hall in sunshine and showers.

So, most sorts of weather today then.
