Popular for photographs

The Dudley Registry Office is in Priory Hall in Priory Park, and due to the building itself and the surroundings it is a popular place for weddings, wedding photography, and pre-wedding photography, which is what I assume this was about. Usually the photography is in the rose garden and around the priory ruins, and this couple and their attendant photographers moved on there after this session by the "camel's hump". Of course I did ask permission before taking my photo.
