New roof & shingles

The house next door got a new roof and shingles today.  Being surrounded by all those trees is nice but you "pay a price" for it.  Over the last few years there have been countless branches and tree tops hitting that roof during storms.

We should be getting the shingles done on our roof in the next few weeks and the roof itself checked for any damaged areas.  We had our roof last done 19 years ago when Hurricane Fran put a tree top through our roof and it began raining in our living room!

It was a gorgeous day outside today.
