Capshaw

I read in the local paper today that the artist that created this sculpture had passed away. Gregory Warmack was a folk artist and was known as "Mr. Imagination." A renowned visionary artist, he and his work crossed borders from museums into rock clubs. His work can be found at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, the Halle Sainte Pierre in Paris, and Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art in Chicago, as well as installations at House of Blues locations in Chicago, Las Vegas and Orlando, Fla.

Capshaw (this horse sculpture) is made with bottle caps and sits outside the Banana Factory. So Mr. Imagination's work will live on even in our little humble town of Bethlehem, PA!
