Lobster time

Valuation done and about where I expected as they have an identical house in our street on the market. It did require a bit more tidying to be done before he got here though.

Another valuation taking place on Wednesday so will see how they compare.

Also playing about with XBMC / Kodi to get streaming sites for films and TV. Not the most friendly of user interfaces that I have used.
